ORDERING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. All prices include VAT that is duly displayed separately when you make a purchase.

What currency is used on the web page?

All prices are shown in Euros (€).

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is really simple.

1. Look around the shop until you find a product you like.

2. Choose your size and the quantity required and add it to your shopping basket using the “BUY” button. Once that is done you can continue shopping and add more products to your basket or you can go directly to the option that allows you to place your order.

3. Go to your shopping basket start the payment process.

4. In order to pay you need to follow some simple steps:

a) Log-in (if you are already registered) or register yourself if aren’t already (you need only introduce an e-mail address and password).

b) Let us know the address where you would like your order to be sent.

c) Choose a shipping option.

d) Make your payment via Paypal (within Paypal you may also pay using your credit card).

Remember that the availability of your chosen product can only be guaranteed at the moment you add it to your shopping basket. If you decide to buy it at a later date then the product may well sell out whilst it is awaiting purchase in your shopping basket.

How can I make changes to the products I have in my shopping basket?

If you only wish to alter the quantity, it’s really easy. Type in the new quantity in the field “qty. (quantity)” and then click on the update button for the alteration to become effective. If you would like to remove a product, simply click on the button “remove” and it will be immediately deleted from your basket. If you would like to change one particular attribute of a product (size, colour etc), click on the product in question and this will direct you to more detailed information about this product. Simply select the new attributes that you would like and then click on the button “buy”. Go back to your basket and you will see that you have the same product twice, but with different attributes. Now delete the product that you don’t want.

For those orders placed outside the EU, how is the currency converted?

All prices are in Euros. When the final cost of your order is transferred onto your card, your credit card company will then convert the total cost into the currency of your particular country, calculated using the rate of exchange stipulated on the date the order is processed.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

When you go to log-in you will see that there is a button saying “I forgot my password”. If you click on this button you will have to introduce your e-mail address. You will then be sent an e-mail with a link via which you will be able to introduce a new password.


SHIPMENT

In which countries do you offer your service?

At the moment of purchasing, when you provide your shipping information there is a scroll down menu on which a full list of countries is displayed. If your country doesn’t appear on the list then we don’t ship there.

How can I keep track of the current state of my order?

Kinkiking will keep you informed about the current state of your order via e-mail. At the same time, if you access the web page and log-in you will then be able to keep track of your order in the sub menu “My Account” and clicking where it says “View my order history”. There you will be able to keep track of your order at any given moment. You can also consult your personal history of previous orders.

What shipping options are available to me?

All our shipments are made using the Post Office service and basically there are two shipping options:

1. Registered post.

2. Urgent registered post.

How much will shipping cost me?

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the packet and its country of destination. When you place an order, once you have introduced your delivery address a screen will appear where you will be able to choose the shipping arrangements that you require and you will then be informed about the costs. Remember that depending on your country of residence, additional customs duty may have to be paid. The government of your country and NOT kinkiking are the recipients of these tax payments. For more information on this matter, consult your local customs and excise offices.

When will my order arrive?

The delivery times depend on where it is being sent and the shipping arrangements you have chosen. In theory, the estimated times are the following:

REGISTERED POST:

- Spain, 5 working days.
- Europe, (including Greenland) between 5 and 10 working days.
- Outside Europe, from 3 to 4 weeks (depending on the country).

URGENT REGISTERED POST:

- Spain, 2 working days.
- Europe (Greenland included) about 4 working days.
- Outside Europe, from 1 to 2 weeks (depending on the country).
The delivery process will commence on the first working day after the order has been placed. Once the product has left our warehouse, we ourselves keep track of the product, but the product itself is in the hands of the Post Office service which means that delivery times can never be exact.


PRODUCT AND SIZING INFORMATION

Why is it that some T-Shirts are not in stock?

All our T-shirts are printed in limited quantities in order to guarantee their exclusivity. However, new editions can always be made of the most requested designs.

What are the T-shirts like?

The male T-shirts are 165g/m2 or 205g/m2 depending on the model. They are 100% cotton, with a smooth finish and feel. The collar is ribbon stitched on the interior from shoulder to shoulder with double stitching on the collar, sleeves and perimeters. As for the female models we always use a different type of t-shirt to give it added value. All models are of maximum quality as regards both weight and finishing and have been approved by experts on the Kinkiking team. The print used on all models is the double serigraphy so that it may withstand numerous washes.

How should the product be washed?

In order to maintain the good quality, the product should always be washed inside out, in a washing machine using cold water, without detergents, without putting it in the dryer and without ironing directly over the t-shirt design. Washing instructions are given on the reverse side of the label.

How will I know what my size is?

You will find all t-shirt sizes in the sub menu size chart. If you want to know your size to perfection, the best thing to do is to take a t-shirt at home that fits perfectly and then measure it. This way you will then know which size to request.

RETURNS

How can I return an order?

Our main objective is that the client is completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is something that you are not satisfied with, then you can return the product without any problem. Returns will only be accepted within the first 15 days after the product has been received at the shipping address. It should be made clear that T-shirts must still have all price tags and labels intact and must have been neither washed nor worn. You only need to send us an e-mail requesting the return with an explanation, if possible, as to why the product is being returned. Within 24 hours we will get in contact with you to explain what steps you need to take. We can either change the product for another one or refund your money if you so prefer. When the reason for the return is that the product has some kind of defect, we will refund your money which will be sent via the normal post office service and not by courier nor as an urgent packet. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Will I be able to unsubscribe as a user?

Yes. All that is required is that you send us an e-mail to the contact address, [email protected] with your request and we will immediately remove you from our subscription list. It’s important to know that all your data and order history will be lost.
